Mr. Prem Krishen Malhotra, Chairman:

Mr. Prem Krishen Malhotra is a founder member of Cinevista ltd. He has over 31 years of enriched experience with the media and entertainment industry. Mr. Malhotra started his career as an ‘Assistant Director’ with the legend of the Indian film industry Mr. Raj Kapoor. He also spent valuable learning the craft of direction and film making from Mr. Vijay Anand. Post his hands on approach to film making he started his acting career in films and has acted in over 40 films including “Jaan Haazir Hai”, “Dulhan Wohi Jo Piya Man Bhaye”, “Jai Vijay”, “Hamare Tumhare”, that have been huge box office success in the past. Apart from focusing his activities in the creative development of the company, Mr. Malhotra uses his strong association within the film and TV industry in the area of building the Cinevista brand besides developing key talent artist relationships.

Mr. Sunil Mehta, Vice-Chairman and Managing Director:

Mr. Mehta is the founding member of Cinevista ltd along with Mr. Malhotra. He started his career in the film distribution sector and was involved in the distribution of films before turning to scripting commercials and thereafter, television programming. Mr. Mehta heads the overall operations of the company as well as oversees the day-to-day affairs of the company as Managing Director. He is actively involved in all aspects of the company and also takes keen interest in the area of creative development, scripting and story development. Mr. Mehta spearheads the think tank team that is the core area of knowledge management and strategy of the company. As producers Mr. Mehta and Mr. Malhotra have over 6000 hours of programming behind them.


Ms. Kilpa Goradia, Company Secretary:

Ms. Kilpa Goradia, an Fellow Company Secretary, of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, has joined the organization as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, with effect from 21st February, 2011. She graduated from University of Mumbai as a Bachelor of Commerce and has completed her first year of Master of Commerce degree (Final Year) from the same University. She also holds LLB degree from the University of Mumbai. She had previously worked as a Company Secretary of M/s. Responsive Industries Limited, a listed company and had also been associated with M/s. Indiabulls Real Estate Limited. She is an important managerial and administrative part of a company. She manages various regulatory functions and also plays a definite role as a Advisory to the board of directors of the company guiding them incorporate laws; corporate governance; strategic management & securities laws.
